Move OutsA move out involves moving a customer’s contents to a remote location for more specialized cleaning. During restoration, the insured may be housed in temporary housing, and the move out will facilitate a quicker restoration of the damaged structure. The move-out involves:
1. videoing or photographing the job site
2. performing an initial scope & job estimate
3. packing tagging, inventorying, and additional sorting of clean and claim items
4. move to a warehouse, clean and deodorize, and repack
5. Claim list suggestions from the customer
6. Move items back to the customer's location.
